We were planning for this vacation for a long time and it was really wonderful. Visiting these amazing places was a unique experience and we could make a day out of it enjoying and having interesting conversations with the locals. The people were really hospitable and warm and made sure we don't feel left out.
We went to this place which is amazing and we booked the entire suite for the family. Everybody had a great time and we really enjoyed our stay. The service and the staff was superb and we were able to indulge in their spa as well which was awesome. Must visit place for everybody.

A small boat riding in marina bay shopping mall. You can buy ticket from reception near Sampan Ride. It was almost 15 SGD for one person.
It’s disappointing when an experience doesn’t quite live up to expectations, especially when you’ve pre-booked and made plans around it. It’s unfortunate that there was no commentary about the waterfall and that the photos weren’t taken in the ideal location. I’m glad the ride itself was pleasant and that you didn’t have to queue, but it’s understandable that the lack of promised features would be a letdown. Hopefully, you still enjoyed the trip overall and found some other enjoyable aspects of your visit. If you have any future trips planned or need recommendations, feel free to ask!
It’s great that the staff were friendly and made the experience enjoyable despite the ride being underwhelming. It’s always a bonus when the team’s enthusiasm and humor can lift the overall experience. A short ride in a shopping mall doesn’t sound like it lived up to expectations, but at least you had some laughs along the way.
